Our Gourmet Burgers are using our finest cuts of dry aged Aberdeen Angus, coarsely minced for a better texture and made using only Sea Salt and Black Pepper, More of a meal then a snack. Ideal on the BBQ or as a mid-week treat. Cooking tip, treat them as you would do a steak, allow them to rest for a few minutes before serving for the best results.
The burgers do not contain any fillers or preservatives and are suitable for those who are gluten intollerant.
